100% satisfied with your purchase. Not many manufacturing companies are willing to guarantee their craftsmanship. Each of our structures is built with tenacious attention to detail and is thoroughly inspected before leaving our manufacturing facility. In doing so, we are able to offer the craftsmanship's warranty on all our products. Our structures are designed and constructed to ensure that you are investing in a solid structure that will last for many years to come. 1. Clasys Ltd. structures/products are covered for a period of 2 years for defects in materials and workmanship. Please appreciate that our warranty does not cover: - Natural characteristics of the wood materials such as knots, small cracks, splinters or sap - Expansion or contraction of lumber due to moisture and temperature changes or minor grain traits - Variations in color and graining patterns 2. We guarantee that all structures will last for years from date of delivery if little maintenance is done to the products: stain/paint whenever needed and keep vegetation from growing around the edges 3. We guarantee the roof will be free from leaks for years from date of installation (30 years shingles) 4. Should there be any defects during the warranty period, Clasys Ltd. will ship to you the new components or replace the faulty ones. 5. All warranties are non-transferable. This warranty is given to the original purchaser only. 6. All warranties are void if the structure location is changed. 7. Your staining/painting of the products does not void this warranty. Although it is common to allow wood to age to a silver/gray tone, unsealed wood may draw moisture up from the ground resulting in swelling and splintering 8. Our gazebo is designed and built with a 30 degree roofline to withstand strong winds and for use in high snow-lead areas. 9. Warrantor shall not be liable for any damages done to the structures by flooding, hurricane, fire or any other acts of God that can not be controlled by the Warrantor. 10. For safety reasons, the manufacturer reserves the right to make design and construction changes without notice. |

Highlights
- Confirmation of Installation Date
One-two days prior installation, we will contact you to verify that your order is on schedule. Generally, it takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks to install an order, if weather allows. Although we are pretty accurate , please appreciate that this is only an estimate.
- Changing an Order
If for any reason you need to modify your order (e.g. you would like to move a door or change the shingle color), you can make changes within a week of your placing an order, free of charge. Please note that changes can only be accommodated if your structure has not been built yet. Once your structure is in production, it becomes costly to make any changes. We encourage you to make your selection carefully so that you are comfortable with your purchase decision.
- Returns & Cancellations
Because each Clasys structure is custom made to order, we do not allow order cancellations. As such, please ensure that you are ordering exactly what you want and rest assured that we will provide the necessary support to ensure that you are delighted with your experience. might have. In addition to Clasys's bumper to bumper warranty, the manufacturer of Smart Panel product warrants the Smart Panel for a period of 15 years on the substrate and 7 years on the primed finish when installed and maintained in accordance with specification. |
